Taylor Jazzophone

This is an instrument that adds the signature look to a player's signature sound.
The Jazzophone is one of Taylor's most head-turning new creations.  It recalls the "jazz horns" used in swing bands in the 1930's, but very few playable examples of those exist today.  Taylor's custom shop decided to bring back the vertical sax-like design with its straight bell and make it an instrument worthy of today's players and listeners.
I was pleasantly surprised by its ergonomic comfort.  It only took a moment before I felt right at home with it in my hands, and when I played it for folks in our shop, they went wild for the sound.  For me, there is no higher endorsement than that.
